Workshops & Classes

Location: in-person at Knox Presbyterian Church, located in Ottawa at 120 Lisgar Street.
This workshop will consist of what I call “experiments in assisted self-discovery”, in which we look at ways in which we might begin to open ourselves to nourishing, perhaps previously unrecognized possibilities, about how we organize how we carry ourselves in the world. 
Participants will need a valid Ontario Health card plus there is a $50 fee per participant to help offset the cost of the facility rental.
